This LEADERSHIP WORKSHOP is designed for high school band Leadership Teams (approx. 15-25 students)
Workshop 1:
- "Marching season is over, what does a leader do now?"
- "It's YOUR ensemble, not the director's"
- "How to practice…I mean REALLY practice"
- "What's the big deal with this UIL music?"
Workshop 2:
- "How to Lead DURING Rehearsal"
- "I don't care: A pathetic approach to being apathetic"
- "I want to be helpful to my director, but I don't know how…"
- "Wait…it's my job to recruit the next band members?"
- "There's more? How to prepare for next year"
